After shooting in Redang Island, Malaysia, I got an email from my good Japanese friend Hiroshi who was in study trip with his 15 student I met on the airplane from Sydney to Melbourne in 2010. He told me something  he recently became a volunteer to work in Tohoku, Japan in the email. Most of week ends he went there for cooking meal and sometimes taking his student there and singing song for local people.

Actually I couldn’t get any truth truth other then the news from medias. but from Hiroshi’s stories seems they need a lot of help over the Tohoku for local people, whatever their life, jobs, or even making food.  From his attached pictures shows most houses in Tohoku have been razed to the ground and looks desolate.  However nearly five months after Japan was attacked by tsunami, how was the situation of people’s life and contaminated environment in disaster area?  I felt very sad about what I’ve heard and seen from Hiroshi. After a few hours considering I sent his en email to request help to be a volunteer there, but it seemed to be tough for Hiroshi because I am an individual person. Talking with Hirosh by a few emails, he was inspired my passion and my experience of helping people and promised to help me to get there eventually. After a month trying best by Hiroshi, my itinerary was confirmed.
